Hunter, you are a wise man! I envy the fact that you just focus on a few markets. I can spend 12 hours + a day analyizing many different markets. Why I do this is because as a young boy my uncle taught me not to focus on one market alone. He said that if you spend all your time on one or two markets you'd be missing out on endless opportunities. Now that I'm getting older and wiser, HAHAHA, I'll be Throttling back a little.
