Trouble Ahead/Update/Again *PIC*

Once again here is the small cap/large cap ratio chart (IWM/SPY) that shows money flowing into or out of the stock market. Risk capital tends to go into small caps more so than large caps and this ratio chart shows this clearly with the much lower highs in Oct while the SPY and other large cap markets were hitting several new highs. This was a warning of trouble ahead. 1st support broke down and today the 2nd support area is also breaking down suggesting money is once again leaving the market overall. The Modified MACD which is not a fast moving indicator and one that catches the trend of things well is breaking below the 0 line for the 1st time since April and needs to be watched for a clear breakdown that holds. The one anomaly is the RSI 21 already at the very oversold zone. This can stay oversold but price often bounces back after this level is tagged. With the uptrendline on most markets breaking down and now following through along with this chart it would be wise to have tight stops if long as this does look serious.
