As much as I hate to agree with you about anything, I think you are right about the 117 being hit, and it should hit 117 by no later than Nov 28th, maybe even sooner. As for the 115, it must first break thru the lower channel line of my geometric square chart which should prove to be quite stout support, or not. Notice the recurring 56 degree cycle on this chart? The next one is due Nov 28th and your 117 number should be hit by or before then.
