Well Trades,
Pretty much in similar boat.
64, feel like 22, can't sit still - have to always be doing something.
Couldn't live in an apartment, but tired of keeping up houses. Vermont is great, but where I am, there is a lot of snow to deal with all winter. [Helps keeping you feeling like 22, but you tire of snow manipulation (as I call it) nearly every night all winter.
James has the right idea - get a house boat. Get rid of all of the crap you have been collecting for 40 years and stuff yourself into it !!!
Solve the Internet connection problem (James may have most of that solved), learn to trade well enough to "survive", my basic goal, shed the "rigidity of life" as most folks know it and ....
I re-read Michener's Cheasapeak a couple of years back. I could do well with that life style on the bay, coast, islands, wherever the tides/winds take you.
Just musing ...But serious.
