All I can say is WOW, AND I sure saved that image.
We used to build duck boats somewhat similar to that, often called "Barnegat Bay Sneakboxes" out of white cedar. Light, seaworthy, could row them quieter and nearly as fast as a 4hp outboard would push them.
An older man that hunted with us had a 38 inch barrel 10ga. shotgun. Largest I have ever experienced, but what a duck gun. I used it often. Used to joke, could drop a duck from 40,000 feet !!!
