it's called The WestCoastInflatedEnergyCosts_LookBack chart

and it is indeed a disease,
if you think this one is bad,
just wait until all those little electric_green_machines
start running around out there on the LeftCoast.

they will be praying for $100.00 a bbl CL ..
and $5.00 a gallon unleaded (with or without HFCS added)
