Corn: Renewed buying from commercial and noncommercial traders sparked a solid rally in corn Monday keeping the short-term uptrend firmly intact.

Soybeans: Soybean contracts posted solid double-digit gains as hot, dry conditions are forecasted to return to Argentina over the next seven days.

Wheat: Despite additional rains falling in Australia delaying harvest further and frigid temperatures on tap for the Southern Plains wheat posted modest losses due to bearish fundamentals.

Cotton: Cotton contracts posted sharp gains Monday, though the commercial outlook continues to grow less bullish as indicated by the continued weakening of inverted futures spreads.

Live cattle: Frigid, snowy weather is expected to limit production and delivery of cash cattle, which led to strong gains in futures Monday.
