Did Feb bond options on march futures expire last night?

Come to that, how many other option series expired last night, and are such markets "manipulated to stay as close to unchanged as possible" on last trading days?

The action in grains was a bit peculiar, considering wheat (less supported by the USDA report) rallied strongly, whilst beans languished around unchanged levels...
