March Sugar/Double Top! *PIC*

The Sugar Rat has recovered at 2nd rehab and gnawed its way up to a double top resistance area high on Sugar AGAIN. Note the weak lower technicals showing a severe loss of momentum once again. The Sugar Rat is close to being out of ammo and Sugar and whatever other drugs it's on and will have trouble crossing and holding above this double top.
