There are three things in life you can count on. Death, taxes, and Tom Skilling. That might be the reason why he is the grain traders' favorite weather man. I have seen numerous times when the grain market moves significantly based purely on his noon forecast.

Although you may not understand how to trade based on the weather, there are some of us who do.
