Hi Hal,
I have never had a doubt that the Wall street firms will always do well. They will "milk the general population" some how !! And always 10 steps ahead of any Govt. attempts to regulate them.

Right now they are likely busy leasing all of those empty ships again so they can float as much oil around as they can while the price is driven up over this Egypt thing !!!
