One can do what they want. But for me, I am NEVER sure where the market is headed. And as you said. I will stay put, untill I get the set-up and then the signal!
But I do have certain signals where there are not stops and some that have stops. Depends on MANY things!
Which I also only trade stock-ETF options now.
When I regularly traded commodities I always had a strict stock set by back testing the system-method.

Since I am talking about trading. Scammers don't worry me.
