LOL, I was just saying what I like not what would work best here for Mike. He knows that better than me.
At the very least, I think all non-trade related posts should include a ntr in subject & not overwhelm the board during the day.
I would like a low tolerance policy for flames, insults or digs.
Maybe 3 strikes(posts) in a month then you are out for a month & another 3 strikes you are out for 6 months or so.
I would have no problems with Mike having a zero tolerance insult policy as I know I could live with it & never get in trouble. I dont understand people with little to no self control. I wonder how they could ever be successful in this business as it demands self-control.
