Well I also am impatient in lineups and only pay with bills and keep the change and leave. Only I roll them up at the end of every 1/4 and save them for about a year. It adds up to about $800 to $1000 per year which is a nice bonus to get at the end of the year. I just take the rolls of coins into the bank (Credit Union actually) and they give me the cash in bills. In Canada the smallest bill now is a $5 so Tunney's and Loonies and quarters are all saved and I give my dimes nickels and pennies to my grandson. Nothing pisses me off more than someone screwing around with change at a check out. You have to ask yourself what's the point when every checkout you go to you'd be doing the same thing all over again. You'd think shoppers would figure that out after awhile.
