Yes I've known and worked for a lot of wealthy people and always paid attention to their actions and asked them a lot of questions. I've found they are excellent predators and constantly capitalize on people or other businesses in trouble. Super predators really. Many seem like very nice people but they see you as prey like everything else they view. But they know how to put on the charm too. Give them one sniff of a deal and they'll be on you like bees on honey. I've always been amazed at the deals they get. And they seem to be plugged in to the right people and places that point these hard up people and businesses right to them. Reminds me of Canadian Banks. I guess they have the money to put up front for most everything. OR have partners to pull these deals off. I like to get them bragging about their deals as it pumps their ego and they often love to talk about them. Not hard to feed them the bait and get them going. If you and I could get those same deals we'd be rich too I guess........ And jeez, maybe I could end up being a hot shot author of financial books like some people are,lol......good luck with the new book.
