Today's Market View Corn Futures Lower Ahead of USDA Reports

Corn: Light pressure from both sides of the market has had corn on the defensive this week.

Soybeans: Increased commercial selling tied to South American harvest progress may be turning the short-term trend down.

Wheat: Pressure from both sides of the market seems to be growing, with commercial selling linked to slow export demand news.

Live Cattle: The on-again, off-again rally in the DJIA has sparked renewed buying interest in live cattle. Also, commercial interest has been sparked as indicated by the action in the April to June futures spread.

Cotton: Light noncommercial selling has been noted this week, though cotton contracts continue to find support from commercial buying interest.
