well immediately ..... as in right now , if i was a japanese citizen i'd go to cash as much as i could because i would expect to need it and if i was a japanese citizen living abroad , i'd be going to cash to send home and if i was a japanese corporation , i'd be going to cash knowing i was going to need it ........ and instead of continuing to invest in anything else , i'd be taking new money and leaving it in cash .......... put yourself in any of these shoes, what would you do ? ...... but after a while , well, that is another story
