As shown in the monthly cycle charts a negative signal is hoisted in my system once the market closed below 1726.7 in New York time. The market is now challenging the normal lower limits.

The monthly cycle directional indicator suggests that the market is heading towards 1538.7. Sell on rallies is the preferred trading strategy.
