Hi Wayne,

That's a good one, but not a rodent !!

No income tax, good people, no heat/humidity, cold in winter, scenic mountains, lakes and on and on. And, no earthquakes, tornadoes, hurricanes, serious flooding. Just watch living too close to a river with the spring thaws but those areas are well known.

I have been in most states, and find the terrain right at the top of the list, and of course, I like to ski !!

Would say all of same for Vermont except it is turning into a Socialist State, but No Gun Laws (which may one day solve the first problem) !!!!

And few of the "ethnic" problems of many areas as they just don't seem to like the colder winters.

Just some thoughts,
