As Trades mentioned the other day, the markets have already priced in the "shutdown issue", but what did they price in ??
Shutdown or No Shutdown ??
With the declining Dx one might expect that a Shutdown was expected and being priced in ?? Any thoughts ??
The markets will likely react before much of this shows up in the charts ....
