Long term summer growing season weather

It seems that the double top in corn on the weekly seems to be ripe sell. With La Nina completely gone...it suggest a a ideal growing season for corn....but potentially bullish for beans with late planting going on. Possibly a 2 buck pull back on corn. The concern I have is this 23 year weather cycle that seems to suggest a hot and dry this summer...if so corn will be lock limit up with carry a 15 yr lows. Any input would be nice guys...please no tomato throwing--lol
