I'm afraid I don't know too much about the flow management system along the Missisippi nor, in detail, what proportion of agricultural land is at risk and how that at-risk acreage is used. However, given the expected serious rain this week over much of the Missouri basin in ND and Montana and significant local (thunderstorm) precipitation over much of the mid and upper Mississippi basin, I don't expect that flood levels will recede this week and are indeed likely to get more challenging.
