Just keep in mind that government reports are not as accurate as they use to be....you really need to do your home work. Since 9/11 personnel payroll money for the USDA and EIA and other statistical agencies have had their budgets cut in order to fund the new Homeland Security Dept. Currently I am laughing at the crop progress report.
