I remember, actually witnessing ... (back when t-bill futures rocked and rolled and traded both sides of an expanded 90 basis point limit - that's a 180 basis point swing) a floor trader suffer a cardiac infarction (major) , fall into the pit and traders step right on him (not just over him, but ON him) to fill paper and make trades.
Where was all of this "respect", due to being in a glass house.
