No end in sight to the warm east-cool west pattern. Average temperatures will clock-in above normal east of the Rockies (except for New England) and cooler than average west (except for So Cal).
This week brings warmer than average conditions thru mid week thru much of the lower 48 except central Ca north to Washington, northern NV and New England. In fact, Central CA and NW NV will be markedly cool with highs as much as 20F below normal by mid week.. Frequent thunderstoms over the SE and Northern Plains. No hurricane development is expected over the Carribean or GoMex.
