You should be in good shape. Hold off on making changes.

I will experiment with Internet Explorer and get back.

If you want, try entering Ctrl + and Ctrl - while on the forum or
with any other web page displayed. Say a Reuters article or something
like that. Experiment a bit. If things get "screwy" just close browser and start over.

You should, (in many cases) see the display enlarge or shrink.

Look up top on your Internet explorer menu bar. Should go, File, Edit, View
Click on View

You will see the choices I mentioned.
With Firefox browser I have a choice of "Zoom Text Only" which fixed problem
for me as the text enlarged and wrapped in the viewing area without
blowing up the entire screen [e.g. your chart stays same size but the text above
is larger and the lines wrap (are shorter/less words per line) and much more
readable and you no longer have to scroll.

This sort of thing should fix what you mentioned for the other cases where you have
had to scroll, but it is a pain to get it figured out the first time !!
