My Border Collie is much smarter than I am but the mkts started to slide about the same time Boehner said he gave up negotiating with Obama and said he is only going to deal with Congressional leaders. The mkts do not care who is at the helm as long as they think he knows what he is doing and like bond vigilantes if they lose confidance they act according. Do not know what the dog thinks except he wants to go for a walk.
