Good point! Actually , this is an interesting ratio. Never considered it from this perspective.
The problem I've found with the longer values - your drawdowns are deeper.
I agree with you about the 50 - EVERYBODY watches that #. A friend of mine trades the USD using ONLY the 50.
I've noticed that you haven't been using the Macd Histograms. Have you given up on them?

Would be an intersting discussion - if you were restricted to using ONLY 2 indicators - which ones would you choose??? The RSI is at the top of my list. The second would be the height of the hemline of the dress worn by the 20 something gal across the street! LOL
