I'm sorry to hear your bad experience with a young whipper snapper at OptionsXpress. I've had one of my accounts with them since they took over Xpresstrades. They are always there for me if I have a problem and they always make things right. I don't mind paying their commission ($7 if I make less then 40 trades each month). The free live streaming charts make it worthwhile to me.

If you have a better idea and broker I'm open to change.
