TFC Commodity Trading Forum

7-10 rules set-up

Is the 7-10 rule something of a rare beast? I've scanned the ES and YM (3 minute time-frame_ between 10am and 15:30 ET) for one instance of it occuring over the last 4 years...and I found ......nothing! Here is the code I used:-

if($priorlow $priorhighseven) $seven_ten_signal[$barcounter][1]=1;

Is this a signal that only appears on larger timeframes?
