I generally prefer direct futures in markets where I see a definitive trend forming. I almost never trade options. When I do, it's generally because I feel the market is in a long term side ways motion. I take advantage of decay mostly.

I have been watching Sugar all morning looking for a sell signal.I have not seen it yet.

I am good on the daily charts, however my intraday charts look mildly bullish. I am thinking it will drift up to the 4 day moving average before giving the real signal to sell.
