I will find out more tomorrow. I tried to open an account with optionsxpress today, but am having all sorts of problems with the application and it may have something to do with my web browser. I had Internet explore 6, moved to Internet explore 8, and also downloaded and tried FireFox. Just seems when I do submits and continues on pages of the application it just hangs. The help line thinks it has something to do with my web browser, but as I told them I went to IE8 and also tried FireFox. They said they no longer have a paper application and helped me to the point where I can fund the account, but I tried and it hung.
I know you don't seem to be to fond of OptionsXpress, I may try it again tomorrow or a different broker. Don't want to fund it and then have trouble with moving money in or out and possibly have problems with trading with them online.
Main concern now is getting the balance out, but as I said in an earlier post that is not happening due to bankrucpty
