That is exactly why you should never let a politician run ANYTHING that has to do with other people's money.

This guy had no business being in that position in the first place. He was not a born and raised industry professional. he cam in from the outside, and took his place without ever earning it, or having the experience needed to even understand his job, let alone do it right.
