That "lake effect snow" may not mean much since it follows a warmer spell and the insulating effect of the snow may moderate heating demand a bit. With the week lag in the EIA data your comments on withdrawals are likely pretty realistic.
On storage, baring a substantial event in the offing, I have just been looking at the estimates to start coming out on Monday rather than spending time on it. Even tho much of it varies quite a bit you still get a pretty good idea of where things will go.
