THE HOLY GRAIL !!!
Buy low, sell high.
If that doesn't work, Sell high, buy low.

Often useful to watch the trend.
A nice chunk from the middle is usually pretty rewarding.

Take a look at the 3 Std. Dev. Bollinger bands.
