Hi Gian,
I seriously doubt it !!!!

Have never seen Corzines "bank stantements" but it is my understanding that he has enough money that he doesn't need an extra 1.2 Bln.

Joking a bit here, but the system just doesn't work that way. Funds do not just get "lost".

Someone "moved that money" !!!! And there "Absolutely" should be a transaction trail !!
