I hear that many or maybe? most MF Global customers funds were sent to firms that now have former MF Global emplyee's hired?
Were most customers informed of that fact?

Who was the few that said? How about this?

Let’s give the remnants of a bankrupt company back to the very people who caused its demise without any disclosure to the client.

Legal, questionable. Ethical?

Remember the rule 1.25 that was mentioned many moons ago? ;(
