You know the "wooda, coulda, shoulda" mantra and this has gone on too long.

If I get stranded somewhere and can't protect my self, I don't want to be doing the "I was going to ..." ....

When I was in my teens, still working in the boatyard, I carried a billy club on the floor under my seat. I was stopped for some idiotic reason and the billy club was visible and I was given some grief. I said OK, got out, put the billy club in the trunk and grabbed a "Claw Hammer" and put that on the floor. I'm a carpenter, now tell me I can't have that in my car. I still carry one today on the floor !!!!

Now that you bring it up, I will just move my 6" razor sharp hunting knife from the back cargo space to the floor under my seat !!!!!

That is an improvement while this handgun thing is sorted out !!!!
