Whatever.
You know what can happen if the market goes lmit in the middle of the night while your sleeping.
I have given a very good example of what can happen when you sell naked options.
oh yeah, cover your position, blah blah blah.... what YOU would say (after the fact) is you covered if it continued to go against you ....but you would say you did not need to cover because it was still out-of-the-money if it turned around......all after-the-fact.....whatever....
Any experienced trader knows I'm right, I just wish to give the newbies pause before taking on such risk....that is my purpose here.
Like someone else here put very elequently...selling options is all good until the rare occurence sinks the ship.
