No kidding. Several years of oversupply have kicked in hard. Interestingly, though, the media attribute this to above normal temperature forecasts for the latter half of the month..the straw that broke the camels back. But the predictability of weather is unusually low right now (i.e. 5 day forecasts are only as good as 3 day forecasts - which is really bad), so there is room for a contrarian play here, IMHO.
