Re: nat gas 2.25/2.30 on 1-19/CJ/Wayne

Hi Wayne,
This is precisely what I was referring to:
"In addition, as I have stated before, we have a lot...a lot...of NG and we are finding a turd load more every day. "

It doesn't matter what they find, it's what they bring to market !!!!

Now, this is much better: !!
"We use more ng than ever before...more and more industries are switching to ng or building to utilize yet the price continues to decline. There is only one logical conclusion to that equation and that is...too much supply. No emotion just a fact.

It will continue in this manner until such time as one of the variables in the equation changes."
=======
And at the moment, only two variables are in a position to change !!
Supply of dry gas coming to market, and ultimate consumption as driven by the WEATHER.

I have been indicating this for MONTHS, nearly every week at report time !!!!

NOTHING else is in a position to change much in the shorter term ....SO if the producers keep putting gas on a glutted market and the Weather is not cold enough to burn it off the price is going to go down --- AS IT HAS BEEN !!!!

This started with your Weather comment/post .... The Weather is the only "SIGNIFICANT" variable on the consumption side at this time and for at least a couple of years.

There are lots of things in the works that will increase consumption eventually.

And to complicate things, there is the pending storage issue pointed out in the other Ng post. We are running out of a place to put the stuff !!!!!!

Enough for now, It has all been said before.
