Near normal to cool Pacific coast. Warmer to much warmer than average elsewhere. For much of the country Spring...even Summer...is well underway. I'm visiting Ottawa, Ontario this week. Forecast high on Wednesday is 79F...31F above normal!
The next NG storage report should indicate close to a wash. The following report, March 29th, should indicate a net injection. This week will see an area of severe weather develop over TX and the plains tomorrow. Its will move slowly eastward thru the gulf coast states thru the week. Serious flooding is likely over W. TX and LA this week. A strong cold front will briefly cool-off New England on Friday.
