Well if the long Yen fails there is this double bear Yen ETF:YCS. A break above that downtrendline would be a good bet to get long (along with re-clearing 46 for insurance). Big meeting in Japan late next week on the 26th or 27th so the story goes. But whatever........just watch the chart.
