I have to chew on this a bit.
What I posted is exactly what you posted but is only the last data point when I captured the data.
I.E. The very end point of each of your curves.

If I understand what you are saying, when a front month(s) are higher than a back month(s) that would show as a "dip in the curve" rather than smoothly increasing month by month.

Have to run out and get some food and give it some more thought !!!!
