Why don't you play TLT/TBT?? With rates going to 40 minus zero - just switch from one to the other. Or play the USD when the Eurocrats screw up time after time?

Then again..... 4% at your CU makes sense - park yer cash - go looking for broads and shootin' ranges. Life can't get any better!!
