Corn Volume

So when the July 11th corn session ended today at 3:00 est...the volume was an awesome 324,271. Thats about 200,000 more than typical. So lets say the drought has wiped out a HUGE percentage of the corn crop. Do you suppose someone could have manipulated the price up ....oh ...maybe 2 bucks or so...and then dumped an extra 200,000 contracts (about a BILLION bushels) to cover their losses ? .....just thinkin out loud
