Not sure what they do now. But it use to be in august when they first went into the field?
Of course they do as they should? Use trend line and subtract or add the good or bad? They DON'T try to predict something that is impossible to predict before it is known? ;)

So not really sure what they THINK or KNOW? But the figures are what they are!
