Before Randolf's suggestion on managing stops, I would have removed my stop prior to the scheduled news event after the close and then re-established a new stop.

Using that guidance, I was stopped out on the news. Probably better that I was stopped out as it saved me a couple of points, but we'll see probably on the London opening.
