Sugar - rough day yesterday and looks like we
Are holding as of this morning , still holding long 21.00 and 20.50

Nat gas- nice rebound yesterday , still holding long oct @ 292

Gold looks to be carving out a w2 to possibly reach down to
1580 will keep watching and may get in the pool around
1580 if we get there
