Is this not extremely bearish? Does this not mean the the markets have already factored it in? ?? !!!!

I say buy the rumor and sell the news....
And what if they decide to not even do more 'quantitative easing?' Or even give it another name to disguise it? Will the markets and precious metals not tank severely? I am sure metals will....
